We update by searching tags and for specific words. The truth is, we don’t read every story that is on our lists, and we can’t go through every story in detail to judge which list it fits best. In FFnet, you can mention the type of fic in the summary. Just another tip - if you would like your fics included on our Masterlists, please TAG YOUR FICS appropriately.
With everyone’s help, we can ensure that these lists are as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible. If you can, send us an ask, as comments and reblogs tend to get buried in our notifications. It’s most helpful if you include the title, author, and where it’s posted.
So, we’ve got a big, big, big favor to ask you: if you see a fic (or a few) missing from any of these lists - they could be a story you’ve read recently, an old favorite of yours, your friend’s story, your story - please let us know. With such a big undertaking, it really does take a village. We’re hoping to rectify that, but there are a lot of lists - and a lot of stories. While we don’t necessarily agree with the subject of every list, we are trying to be as comprehensive as possible.
